Drawing Outside

Good Drawing Practice

About two weeks ago we went with our illustration class to go drawing outside (even though it was pretty cold already, especially for someone who has to sit still for such a long time to finish a drawing).

We went to a nice place near our university and started to draw whatever we found draw-worthy at this place. I thought it’d be interesting to draw the scaffold in front of a building, as it appeared to be an interesting and complex structure. And it was. So complex in fact, that I failed at drawing it the way it actually looked (one story is missing, for example). Still, I am pleased with the result and it was great practice for me, as I hadn’t really drawn manually in years… Yeah.
